Although we love the kiddos, this is an adult-only affair. We do not have a babysitter planned at this time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 1, 2022. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can extend your seat to another friend or family member.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. If you can't make it but would like to stream the ceremony, please let us know in the RSVP!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our venue can only accommodate 120 people. Thus, we have taken a lot of care to choose our guest list and organize the seating arrangement. We hope you understand! That said, feel free to reach out to let us know you'd like to bring a guest. As people RSVP, we may have room for more friends and family.

Do I need to be vaccinated?
Answer
Because we love you all and want our wedding to have a 0% mortality rate, we kindly request that all attendees be fully vaccinated unless you have a medical exemption. We will look to CDC guidance closer to the date to determine masking, social distancing, and other COVID protocols to determine the safest way to celebrate. Thank you for ensuring all of our guests are safe and healthy!

Is it an indoor space or an outdoor space?
Answer
The wedding and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception and dancing will be held inside. If your RSVP depends on an exclusively outdoor party, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do!

Will the pool at the Bavarian Inn be open?

You know it! If you're staying multiple nights, it's definitely worth a sunrise or sunset dip!

What is the weather like?
Answer
It's still summer, so days in September temperatures can reach into the low 90s, but are more likely to be in the high 70s. The evenings can get into the high 40s but are more likely to be in the 60s. Please, plan accordingly!

Can we take photos? Is there a group photo album?
Answer
During the ceremony, please stay "in the moment" with us and let our photographer worry about taking photos. Afterward, we would love for you to take photos and videos on your own! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

I'm not staying at the Bavarian Inn, will you provide transportation?
Answer
At this time we are not providing transportation, and we hope you can stay on-site with us! When we checked, there were only a few Ubers around. So your best bet is to call a cab. For Yellow Cab in Martinsburg, WV call 304-578-4731.
