Houghton County Memorial Airport

There are only 2 flights in and out of this airport a day through United. All flights to Houghton connect through O'Hare in Chicago.

The AmericInn is the only hotel in Calumet but there are other hotels further away in Houghton and Hancock. The AmericInn is a 10-minute drive from our venue. We have a room block at the AmericInn - call them and tell them you're with the Schwab/Studtmann wedding for the rate (book by August 1st to secure your room)!

Travel Note

McClain State Park - Camper Hook-ups

If you want to take a camper up to the UP, McClain State Park is 15 minutes from the venue with great sites!

Hampton Inn & Suites Houghton

The Hampton is 30 minutes from the venue and we don't have a room block here. The Hampton is a good option if you want more walkable restuarants/ bars and the Hampton is pet-friendly!

Keweenaw Waters Resort

These new cabins, with multiple-bed options, are located in Houghton along the canal. They are five minutes from downtown Houghton and thirty minutes from the venue.

The Fitzgerald is not only our favorite restaurant in the Keweenaw, but they offer several lake-side hotel rooms as well! The Fitzgerald is 30 minutes from our venue.
