Hike, Pickleball, and Other Activities!

On Thursday, we will have an organized optional group hike - please meet at Carol’s Trailhead across from Sun Valley Lodge at 11:30. The trailhead is about a mile outside of town on a nice walkway, or you can take the Blue shuttle bus to Sun ValleyLodge, or drive yourself! This will be a short hike, about 1.5 miles, with gorgeous views of town!https://maps.app.goo.gl/rnJ5t2E9WAn41toGA?g_st=ic We will also have pickleball available! Grab a partner and head over to Atkinson Park to the pickleball courts. We'll have paddles and balls there all weekend for you to use! First come first served for the courts.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is cocktail attire / formal attire. Think long/midi dresses (no short dresses please) and suits (tie optional) - see the Pinterest board for inspo https://www.pinterest.com/kmeyer0523/wedding-outfit-inspo/. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly! Sun Valley gets chilly at night -- bring an extra layer for cool evening temperatures.

In an effort to reduce food waste (Katie works in sustainability after all!), we ask that you provide your meal option upon RSVP. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions (the venue can accommodate requests). Transportation will be available to and from the wedding. Shuttles will depart from the back/poolside of the Limelight Hotel starting at 4:15. There IS overnight parking available at Trail Creek Cabin for those who would like to drive themselves. However, please drive responsibly. Note that there are no Ubers in the area (hence the buses!)
