Confirm Hotel Reservations Made

We will need to cancel any unused hotel blocks approximately 2 months out from the big day. So, we are asking that each confirmed guest confirm they have made the appropriate accomodations, either on your own, in one of the two hotel blocks, or will be camping. Please mark this once those accommodations are complete. Thanks.

Camping with the Bride & Groom

6:00 pm - 6:00 pm

It is our heart's desire to have as many people camp with us as possible! Camp sites are on us, so no cost to you if you are willing to come camp with us! If you are coming from afar and need assistance acquiring camping gear, please let us know and we will do our best to help. We cannot wait to sit around the fire and tell love stories with you all! Please confirm directly with us if you are camping or staying in a hotel prior to March 1 so we can make sure there is space for all.

Canyon View Wedding and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual to semi formal, the most important thing is to wear shoes that can get dirty. Please no high heels, and know that anything you wear is subject to dust and rocky terrain, especially if you plan on hiking out to the point with us!

While we are so excited to be getting married on the edge of the Grand Canyon! This will, however, be a very rustic location. There is a one mile road to get to the Point and very limited parking (four spaces). However, at the trailhead to Shoshone Point there is plenty of parking! There will be a shuttle from the Shoshone Point Trailhead parking to Shoshone Point (we will have a gate key). Another option is hiking in! Note to our guests: Shoshone Point will be rather limited on luxuries. There is one composting restroom available, and we will do our best to make sure it is as nice as possible for everyone. Please be prepared for no running water on the premises.
