Our first and only experience walking in a Mardi Gras parade called Box of Wine, 2016. This is still Kevin's go to Mardi Gras costume!

We bonded over a mutual love of haunted houses. We’ve gone to at least one each year.

Most of our traveling during graduate school was for academic conferences or to visit family. This trip to Montreal was science-themed but we still managed to bike, hike, and eat lots of poutine!

Our engagement day! We planned our day together (very food-centric, of course) and exchanged letters to each other. It was the best.
