Laura is Brian's big sister, and we are thrilled that she has agreed to officiate our wedding! Laura is a lover of live music and outdoor adventures, and Brian has looked up to her for as long as he can remember. She currently lives in Prescott, Arizona with her husband, Stephen, adorable son, Jack, and sweet pup, Sonora.
Chloe Beer
Maid of Honor
Chloe is Katelyn's younger sister and a University of South Carolina alumna. Two years apart in age, Katelyn and Chloe are unfathomably close and enjoy going on as many adventures together as possible, when Chloe's not busy absolutely crushing it in her role as a MICU nurse. She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her fiance, Royden, and rescue pup, Oliver (in addition to an impressive array of well-loved house plants). She loves to travel the world, and shares her energetic and authentic spirit with her many close friends. She's also one of the funniest people on this green Earth - an absolute blessing of a human and sister.
Zac Cornwell
Best Man
Zac has been Brian's closest friend ever since the Yales moved in a few houses down from the Cornwells when Brian and Zac were two years old. There is nowhere near enough space to talk about all of the fun times these two have shared, from backyard playdates to late nights over college summers, and everything in between. Brian and Zac have traveled together to Mexico, Hawaii, Lake Powell, Brazil, and more, as well as spending countless hours just down the street at Pearl St. beach in Laguna. Zac currently lives in Laguna with his lovely girlfriend, Kelly (not to be confused with his father, Kelly) and their puppy, Tina.
Azra Skeljo

Azra (a Cal Poly, SLO alumna) and Katelyn met at Lightning in a Bottle Music Festival in 2014. They had a rootin' tootin' time tearing it up on the dancefloor, and proceeded to experience countless other adventures together including Burning Man, camping trips in Big Sur, Joshua Tree, and beyond, snowboarding trips, and friend group excursions to Yosemite - to name a few. She currently resides in San Francisco and is an avid world traveler and disco queen. She makes friends everywhere she goes, and enthusiastically plans epic trips and parties for those lucky enough to be close with her. This Bosnian bombshell's energy is unmatched.
Brennen Mulvaney
Groomsman
Brennen "Mulv" Mulvaney has been one of Brian's closest friends since middle school, where they played little league together. They spent their childhoods enjoying the beaches of Laguna, and bombing hills far too fast on their bikes. Brian and Mulv spent their college years meeting up for music festivals and enjoying summers in Laguna. Mulv was a frequent visitor of ours in SLO while we were in school, and those weekends were always highlights. Mulv is currently living it up in Austin, TX.
Bridget Goulette
Bridesmaid
Bridget and Katelyn both went to Cal Poly, SLO, and became close friends towards the end of college thanks to the fast friendship between their significant others (Brian and Mitch - one of Brian's groomsmen). Bridget is an adventurous yoga & outdoor enthusiast with one of the kindest souls you'll ever have the pleasure of vibing with. Bridget and Katelyn have cut a rug on many a dusty dancefloor together, gone road tripping/camping through the majestic lands of California and Southern Utah, and have spent countless days shredding the slopes in CA and CO. Katelyn and Brian were part of Bridget and Mitch's wedding party in April of 2022.
Dane Wright

Brian and Dane have been friends since elementary school. When they were little, Brian stayed over at the Wright's house so often, that they renamed the second bed in Dane's bedroom "Brian's bed". Brian and Dane both studied Mechanical Engineering in college, so they could always commiserate about hard classes while relaxing on the beach over summers in Laguna. Dane is always down for any kind of adventure, and he and Brian have had their fair share of them over the years. Dane lives in Laguna with his wife, Eden, and their pup Indigo.
Dave Shelton
Groomsman
Dave and Brian became fast friends in their Intro to Mechanical Engineering class their first quarter at Cal Poly. They moved in to the "Big Yellow House" in their second year at Poly, and shared it with a total of 14 other roommates over the next four years. Brian and Dave got into their fair share of trouble over the years, while also passing all of their classes and earning their engineering degrees. They spent plenty of weekends working on projects around their house, skateboarding all over SLO, and going on snowboard trips in California and Colorado. Dave unfortunately won't be making it to the wedding as he and his wife, Taylor, are expecting their first child (a baby girl!) two days later!
Jodie Marino
Bridesmaid
Jodie and Katelyn met at Deer Valley YMCA Family Camp in western Pennsylvania. They grew up camping there with their families each summer, and then worked on staff together on the Waterfront as lifeguards/sailing instructors/beer-drinkers during college summers. Jodie is a Speech Pathologist currently residing in New Orleans with her husband, Jeff, and two adorable children - Jack and Josephine. She's a music festival lover and an absolute hoot with a smile as bright as sunshine (and a top-notch stank face when the situation calls for it).
Johnny Salta
Groomsman
Johnny and Brian have been friends ever since elementary school, and were pretty much inseparable during college summers in Laguna. They would spend their time skimboarding, playing music, going on camping trips, seeing music, and hanging out around town (mostly at the Sawdust Festival). Johnny was also a frequent visitor to SLO while we were in college and those were some of our favorite weekends of our entire college experience. Johnny lives in Laguna with his awesome little dog, Leo.
Jonathan Anderson
Groomsman
Jonathan "Jman" and Brian have also been friends since childhood. Jman is another friend who is always down for any kind of adventure, and he and Brian spent many summer nights in Laguna wandering and skateboarding around town, as well as seeing tons of live music. Jman is also an amazing cook, so he and Brian continue to send each other photos of their latest creations to this day. Jonathan lives in Santa Monica with his girlfriend, Rachel, and their dog Ringo (Rodringo).
Kathleen Scheerer

Kathleen (a.k.a. Beans) is another 1/4 of the "Waterfront Squad" of Deer Valley YMCA Camp. Katelyn and Kathleen grew up camping together over the summers, and worked together on staff during college summers, where Kathleen schooled us all in mastering the delicate balance between FOMO (fear of missing out) and FOMS (fear of missing sleep). She's a Civil Engineer, chill as all get-out, and currently residing in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Stephen, their son Colin, and two pups. She eats ice cream with a fork and can also bring the sass with a world-class stank face when necessary.
Kristan VandenHeuvel

Kristan is also 1/4 of the Deer Valley YMCA Camp "Waterfront Squad". Kristan & Katelyn became fast friends while working college summers together at camp. They became inseparable and enjoyed countless laughing fits and debaucheries while on staff. Kristan is an Environmental Scientist hailing from Georgia, where she resides with her husband, Greg, and their two adorable dogs, Cooper and Riley. She's one of the sweetest, funniest, and most resilient people out there - beautiful inside and out - and, of course, has perfected the stank face alongside her Waterfront cohorts.
Lauren Gobell

Lauren and Katelyn shared a literal bedroom for all four years of college at Cal Poly, SLO. They actually attended the same high school, but didn't become friends until a mutual friend set them up to be Freshman year roommates (correctly suspecting that their sarcastic senses of humor would pair nicely together). Their first bonding experience was complaining together about how lame their high school's Grad Night was. Lauren is one of those people who will have you laughing until you cry. Katelyn and Lauren have shared many adventures - going to Coachella, wearing full denim outfits out on the town, snowboarding, and attending New Year's Eve parties at "beach mansions" that ended up being apartments. She currently resides in Ventura, CA with her husband, Peter, their son, Weston, and their cat, Oliver.
Mitch Goulette

Mitch and Brian met early in college and became close friends, bonding over their shared passions for camping, snowboarding, and live music. He and Brian have travelled throughout California, Utah, and Wyoming snowboarding and camping. Mitch and his wife, Bridget, have also been kind enough to host us at their home in Dillon, Colorado for some of our most fun snowboarding trips in recent years. We are thrilled to have both Mitch and Bridget in our wedding party.
