We encourage guests to stay on property Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11 nights, as most of the weekend's events are hosted within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE TO BOOK ROOMS IN THE LODGE IS MAY 11. How to Make your Lodging Reservation: 1. Click “View” below to access the booking website. 2. Use Booking ID (a09Nt00000NEtgvIAD) and Password (14386472) to log into the group’s block. 3. Select Book Now. 4. IMPORTANT – You will have to adjust the Room Filter dates to match the group block dates (July 10-12). If you’d like to extend your stay, you will have the option to after completing initial booking. Payment & Reservation Details: - Rooms contain 2 Queen beds and are $240/night. - A 35% deposit, payable to the YMCA, is due at the time of reservation. - Once the 35% deposit is received by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you. If you would like to Extend Your Stay: 1. First, book your reservation online for July 10-12. 2. Then call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add additional nights. 3.
