Yes! We recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible so that we can ensure accommodations for all our guests. Find more information about onsite lodging on the Travel page.
To keep our day intentional and meaningful, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Kids may join for the Welcome Party, but the Wedding and Reception will be adults-only so everyone can fully enjoy the evening. Childcare will be provided in the Ram's Horn Lodge.
Transportation to Estes Park is not provided. The Welcome Party and After Party will take place in the same building as the onsite lodging (Ram's Horn Lodge), and the Reception will be steps away. For the Wedding Ceremony, there will be shuttles provided from the Ram's Horn Lodge and to the Reception venue.
There is plenty of parking available next to Ram's Horn Lodge. For the wedding weekend, Kate and Matt will provide parking passes to be displayed in cars for the duration of the stay.
While we encourage all guests to join us for the Welcome Party on Friday, attendance is optional. On Saturday for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception, we ask that guests arrive at Ram's Horn Lodge by 4:30 pm for transportation to the ceremony.

The Welcome Party is indoors with adjoining patio outside. The Wedding Ceremony is outdoors. The Reception is indoors.
We appreciate guests wanting to help capture this special moment but ask that the ceremony is tech-free! Phones and pictures are welcome at all other events over the weekend.
Yes! There are a few ADA accessible rooms available at the lodge. When booking, you will see the option to select an accessible room. For more information, visit the Travel tab.
Find the Registry tab on the website's menu. Since majority of guests are flying in, we want to emphasize that ordering from the registry directs deliveries straight to our apartment so that you won't have to worry about traveling them in for the wedding weekend. We also want to acknowledge the time and financial commitment attending the wedding is for the majority of guests, and want to provide as much ease as possible.
