Ellison Onizuka Airport (KOA)
Only airport to fly into on the West Side of the Big Island is Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA). You can also fly into Hilo airport, however it is a 2 hour drive to Kona.

This Hilton is great for adults and children! They have great swimming pools and water slides. They also have an impressive collection of art and artifacts from around the world. You can roam down the halls to each tower, and admire the works of art along the way! One of my favorite hotels.

This rental is hosted by my Matron of Honor and her ʻohana. They have multiple units to chose from, and are 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. This is also one of the closest neighborhoods from Puʻuwaʻawaʻa (the venue)!

Kona has hundreds of homes available on AirBnB and VRBO. Full houses and condos and are a great option if you are traveling as a family or a group. The wedding venue is in North Kona. Some areas to stay in: Waikoloa, Puako, Kalaoa (Kona Palisades subdivision), Holualoa, Keauhou, Ali'i Drive. We live in Kealakekua as a reference, which is more south of all of these places.
