We will be keeping the entire wedding ceremony & reception completely outdoors. We have also been working with our vendors to ensure they are following all COVID safety protocols. Additionally, our venue requires all guests to be fully vaccinated for events. Our number one priority is your health & safety. We want to make sure all of our loved ones feel comfortable if you do choose to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not able or do not feel comfortable getting vaccinated beforehand, we completely understand and hope to celebrate with you at a later date.
We strongly recommend that you bring your vaccination cards with you or a photo of the front and back of the card. While you will not need them for our wedding events, you may need them for other restaurants, wineries and places you might want to visit. We also recommend bringing a mask as San Francisco and the Bay Area just implemented an indoor mask mandate. You will also need a mask to ride in Ubers/Lyfts. Please let us know if you have any other questions regarding things to bring, the mask mandate, or other precautions we're taking.
By August 15th but the earlier the better - we’re on the edge of our seats!
As soon as possible! October is a popular month in Sonoma because of the great weather and Harvest season. If you know you’ll definitely be joining us, we say make it official!
Semi-formal. Ladies, think midi-to-long dresses, maybe for a nice date night or a work holiday party. Fellas, think suits and tie...what you wear to most weddings!
While we absolutely adore your little ones, Uncle Nick & Aunt Kat would love to give their parents a night out to relax and have some fun!
We will be sticking to what is on your formal invitation. We hope to share our wedding day with those we really know & love. Thanks for your understanding!
Please plan to arrive to the wedding on Saturday between 4:30-4:45pm. We promise you beer and other refreshing beverages upon your arrival.
We will be having a family style, Italian wedding menu. If meat & carbs are not in your wheelhouse, we would recommend eating a big lunch that day!
The weather in October in Sonoma is usually high 70s and mid 50s. It’s beautiful weather during the day with a breeze at night. We would recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for the evening.
We would love to have you attend our Welcome Party on Friday, 10/15 to kickoff the festivities, as well as our Farewell Brunch on Sunday, 10/17 to share a final *cheers* with you. Please see the “Festivities” tab for more info.
Yes absolutely! If you’d like to stay in the city and see some sights, we don’t blame you! We would just recommend giving yourself at least 1.5 hours to get to the wedding venue on Saturday. It usually takes 45min with no traffic. But Saturday’s are very popular and there’s only one road into Sonoma. Ubers/Lyfts are usually available to take you to and from Sonoma. So we hope you’ll be able to stay through the evening to enjoy all the wedding fun!
Yes! Let us know where you’re headed and we’d love to share our favorite recommendations on what to do, see, and eat!
