Shuttle

A private trolley will be provided for guests staying at the Holiday Inn who requested transportation in their RSVP. The trolley will depart at 4:00pm from Holiday Inn to head to the ceremony. Guests who ride the trolley to the Ceremony will also be able to ride the trolley to the Reception. Please note there will not be transportation after the Reception. Hollin Hall has ample parking for guests who prefer to drive. Hummingbird is located in the heart of Old Town with various parking lots/garages nearby. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.
Train
The King Street Trolley runs every 15 minutes between Alexandria City Hall/Market Square and the King St - Old Town Metrorail station from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week, including holidays. There are stops every 2-3 blocks providing easy on-off access to the more than 200 shops, restaurants and attractions found in Old Town Alexandria.
Train
WMATA service is provided via the Blue and Yellow lines to Alexandria. King Street Station is located at the start of King Street in Old Town Alexandria. Eisenhower Avenue Station is the closest to the Holiday Inn hotel.
Train
Amtrak and Virginia Rail Express both utilize the Alexandria Train Station on King Street. The train station is directly adjacent to the King Street metro station.
Flight
DCA is a 12 minute drive from Old Town Alexandria. There is a metro station at DCA and it is a 7 minute ride to King Street station or 9 minute ride to Eisenhower Ave station.
Flight
IAD is a 40 minute drive from Old Town Alexandria. A rental car may be needed. There is a bus that will take you to the Wiehle-Reston metro station where you will board the Silver line train. When you arrive at Rosslyn metro station, you will have to transfer to the Blue line train to reach the final destination of King Street or Eisenhower Aven Stations.
