Granby Ranch Lodging OverviewGranby Ranch Lodging Overview
Click the VIEW button for a map showing layout of the nearest lodging options. We don't have any room blocks, as all of the lodging at Granby Ranch is through independently owned condos and homes. Because we can't hold rooms, we recommend booking early if you know you'll be coming. There will be another wedding at Granby on Saturday and they'll be renting up rooms, too. BASE CAMP ONE The closest option to the wedding site is BASE CAMP ONE, immediately adjacent to the lodge. This includes a condo building with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units; and a row of 3 bedrooms townhouses. Karen and Ian are staying in one of these townhouses! A lot of the Base Camp One units have 2 or 3 night minimums. See below for more options if you plan to stay for Friday night only. MOUNTAINSIDE AT SILVER LAKE The next closest lodging option is the Mountainside condos/townhouses. These are about a 10 minute walk from the venue. HOUSES There are lots of rental houses within a 1/4 - 1 mile radius of the wedding lodge. Good option if you want a bigger space! HOTEL ROOMS FOR ONE NIGHT The closest hotel is the Inn at Silvercreek, which is about 2 miles from the wedding site. It does not offer room blocks, but we have included the link to it below. Feel free to message Karen if you need help or want to confirm the location before you book something.

Base Camp One CondosBase Camp One Condos
The Base Camp One condo building is directly next to the venue. It has one, two and three bedroom options, all with kitchens. Most of them have two-night minimums. We suggest looking on VRBO or VACASA first. Airbnb currently shows fewer options than VRBO. Search for: "Base Camp One at Granby Ranch, Granby, CO" Double check individual listings to make sure they are in the "Base Camp One" building and not just near Granby Ranch. *If booking through Vacasa, call 1-888-346-1799 or 850-466-8882 and identify yourselves as guests of the Granby Ranch Referral Group/ Group ID COGRGRP005. That should provide a 10% discount for 3-night stay or 5% discount for 2-night stay.

The Base Camp One Townhouses are right behind the condo building. They are all 3 BR, 2.5 bathrooms. Great group options! To find units, search on VRBO or VACASA for "Base Camp One at Granby Ranch, Granby, CO" and filter for "homes" or "townhomes" instead of condominium.

This is the nearest hotel, approximately 2 miles from the reception lodge. They offer rooms for 1 night! Rooms are currently available for $125 - $135 per night. They don't offer room blocks, so you'll need to just book direct with them.

The nearest airport to Granby Ranch is Denver International Airport. Embark on a remarkable journey through the Rocky Mountains on your picturesque drive from Denver to Granby. Spanning roughly 86 miles, the drive offers stunning mountainous landscapes and is a perfect introduction to Colorado’s natural beauty via the US-40 W route. Typical travel time is around two hours, but be aware that conditions such as weather and traffic may alter these estimates.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET AN UBER FROM GRANBY RANCH! You'll probably want access to a car while you are at Granby Ranch. The venue is a bit isolated and there is NO UBER service. The wedding itself is entirely self-contained on Granby Ranch, but any of the other activities will require transport off-site. Granby Ranch is NOT in walking distance of town or other restaurants. If you want to take a shuttle from Denver Airport to Granby Ranch, you can book a shared or private shuttle. There are several companies that offer this service with similar pricing. Grand Mountain Shuttle is recommended by Granby Ranch resort. https://www.grandmountainrides.com If you do take a shuttle, you may want to have arrangements to share a rental car with someone else once you arrive.
Train
Amtrak Zephyr LineAmtrak Zephyr Line
The Amtrak Zephyr route runs from Denver to Granby. It leaves Denver Union Station at 8:45am, arriving in Granby around 2.5 hours later. You'll need to have transport arrangements for when you arrive in Granby, as you won't be able to call an Uber. You can rent a car from Avalanche Car Rental upon arrival.
