Yes! Just let us know ahead of time if you'd like to go and down in the shuttle instead of taking the chairlift. We will have one available, but we do need to know ahead of time who will be riding in it. Please email our wedding planner, Rosy Foster, at marcandrose.eventco@gmail.com to tell her if you'd like to have a seat on the shuttle.
Maybe! Late September in the Colorado mountains can be wildly unpredictable. Might be in the 70s. Might have a nice autumn chill. Might snow! It could do all of those in one afternoon. We suggest planning on bringing an outer later just in case.
We've chosen the world's most beautiful wedding color palette: deep purple and plum with sage green and gold accents. The wedding party will be in a plum purple. We aren't requesting specific colors for guests. We trust you to make good choices.
Yes! Check out the details on the Travel Tab. The "Granby Ranch Base Camp One" condos and townhouses are adjacent to the venue. The Mountainside Condos are the next closest option, an easy 5 - 10 minute walk from the venue.
You'll want to have comfortable (stable!) shoes for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The ceremony is on the mountain top, with a dirt/gravel ground. The cocktail hour is on a giant lawn. So, pointy heels might sink into the ground. But you have options! We'll have some "heel savers" you can attach to your high heels if needed. Or, just plan to wear chunky heels. Or no heels! Or, you can bring boots, sneakers, or other sensible shoes. Wear them for the ceremony and then change, or rock them all night.
We're glad you asked! We'll have a cowboy hat making bar at the party where you can grab a hat and add some personal flair. Of course, if you already have your own cowboy hat by all means wear it! But we'll have hats for everyone who wants one.
