RIC is the closest airport, about 20 miles (25-30 min drive) from the church in Henrico, VA and 25 miles (30-35 min drive) from Ashland, VA. It offers flights from major hubs like Atlanta, Charlotte, and DC on airlines like Delta, American, and United. Book flights at minimum 6 months out for best rates (~$200-400 round-trip from major US cities). On-Site Car Rental is available near the baggage claim including Enterprise, Alamo, National, ect.

Amtrak serves both Ashland Station (ASD) and Richmond (RVR – Staples Mill Road Station). Ashland Station is located directly in town, about 10 miles (15–20 min drive) from the church in Henrico, VA and walkable to many hotels and inns in Ashland. Staples Mill Road Station (RVR) is about 15 miles (20–25 min drive) from the church and 20 miles (25–30 min drive) from Ashland, VA. Amtrak routes include the Northeast Regional, Silver Star, and Silver Meteor, with service from cities like DC, Baltimore, Philly, NYC ect. Fares typically range from $50–150 one-way depending on distance and booking time. For best availability and pricing, book 2–4 months in advance. There is no onsite car rental however rideshares are available
