Question

What should I expect at the Catholic Mass? What should I expect at the Catholic Mass?

Answer

We’re so excited to share our wedding day with you at a full Catholic Mass (~60-90 minutes) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church! You’ll experience heartfelt prayers, Bible readings, a short homily, the Rite of Matrimony where we exchange our vows, and the Rite of Communion. A Music Minister and Cantor will lead beautiful solo pieces and guide everyone in singing joyful hymns. To honor the sacrament’s importance to us, please silence phones and save chatting for the reception hall! Programs for music, readings, and prayers will be provided. Ushers will be more than happy to guide you in this intimate setting. We’re thrilled to share this special moment with you!
