Nick’s Nephew Roland was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is a rare and progressively debilitating genetic condition with no known cure. PPMD helps fund innovative research advancements, advocates for cutting edge therapies and newborn screenings, and provides essential supports for all families suffering from DMD throughout the disease trajectory.
Indian Children's Angel Network (ICAN)
A charity created & run by Kalli's mother, Lynn Veldman, which helps improve the lives of needy children from the Red Light district in Miraj, India. These children have been given a second chance at life, to prosper outside of the Red Light District villages. Lynn conducts yearly visits and teaches lessons, runs a pen pal sponsorship and most importantly forms bonds with the children. These donations help directly fund school supplies, food, clean water, clothing and more.
