Can I bring a date? / An additional guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the capacity restraints of our venue; whatever names are listed on the invitation / are able to RSVP on our website are the only guests we have accounted for. If there is an additional guest you would like to bring please reach out to the bride or groom and they can let you know if they can attend once a final count is completed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Again, if your child's name is listed on the invitation they are welcome to come! We have invited younger cousins and children of a couple close friends. All other parents can enjoy a nice break from their wonderful children for the night!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 7th, 2025. You can do so via our website or you can call /text the bride if you run into issues: 807-627-3256.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have gluten free options and also a vegan/vegetarian option. If there is any special dietary request please list it on our reception RSVP or reach out to the bride or groom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The Fort William Country Club will be hosting both the ceremony and the reception and they have a large parking lot in front of the venue. As mentioned we will also have a shuttle running from the Best Western Norwester Hotel and our venue if you prefer to leave your vehicle at home.

Can I take pictures with my phone /camera during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We have hired both a photographer and a videographer to take professional photos and videos. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. However, after the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like!

Is there a registry? Can I bring a gift?

Answer

No, we are not registered. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated. We are hoping to do some home renovations in the future. We are also hoping to save for some future travel aspirations, including our honeymoon!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a wedding after party on Sunday, September 28th. The location and time are TBA. But all of those who attend the wedding are invited to our day after party!
