Maid of Honor
Aka Chels (if you're lucky). Kels and I have been attached at the hip since she entered the world 2.5 years after me. She likes to refer to herself as the quiet sister, but don't let that fool you, once the pints are flowing you'll witness a different side! Kels and I shared a room growing up and while there were many arguments about borrowing clothes without asking back in the day, today, we are the best of friends. She is my adventure buddy, the first person I break news to, and can always be persuaded to indulge in a glass of sauv b or a chatty run. Speaking of running, in 2017 Kels and I traveled to Dublin to run the Dublin marathon - her first ever, and the first we ran together! It was during this trip that I fell in love with Ireland (needless to say I think she did too). I'm honored she'll be standing by my side again for another big milestone - back in Ireland! Ice breaker: Ask Kels about this night at Temple Bar (pictured) it's a good one!
Best Man
Cam is Smitty's (big) little brother - once you meet him in person you will understand! While these two couldn't be more different, they both are diehard tinkerers - Smitty in a lab, and Cam as a union worker. They can pick apart a car and put it back together, will debate who taught whom how to drive a stick (Smitty only drives manual), could spend hours walking up and down the aisles of a Harbor Freight store, and share the same hot-headed gene (lol, we tolerate a little brotherly edge!). Our bet is Cam will take the cake for most Guinness's drank on this trip, should we take wagers?! Fun fact: Also wins most likely to get a tattoo as a souvenir.
Bridesmaid
Aka the troublemaker. 91.3% of my belly laughs are thanks to Katie, my spicy gingah (ginger for you non Bostonians). Katie and I met at our first job out of college. It was my first venture into the non-profit world of working long hours and reaching peak exhaustion / delirium during busy event seasons. During this time we also acquired the coveted nickname, "troubletown". Why you ask? Our desks were positioned in an open space cubicle with only a partition in between, and we would spend roughly three quarters of the day typing and chattering away. I just now realized why they ended up moving my desk...WOW. And while my gingah moved on to bigger and better before I did, we've remained thick as thieves. You can find us planning road trips to any quaint town, market, or trendy new dig anywhere along the north shore, esp. during PSL (pumpkin spice latte) season. And you better believe that we prep agendas for those long car rides with all the ground these chatter boxes need to cover. Fun fact: Katie studied abroad in Ireland - so if you need travel tips while there, she's your girl!
Groomsman
Pat is Kaitlyn's younger brother. Pat was in middle school when we first started dating, and being raised in a household of three strong-willed women, it was a welcomed addition having another guy around - mostly to finally appreciate watching sports (and actually know what is going on), and to be able to spend more time outside of his bedroom (lol). Over the years we've attended Pat's hockey games, lacrosse games, high school and college graduations, and it's all coming full circle to have him stand by us on our big day. We're also thrilled he's agreed to take a vacation for this, which is likely his first one in years (CPAs, sheesh). Someone ensure he's first in line for a drink!

Aka the one I want to be when I grow up. Don't let Tan's sweet demeanor fool you, this girl means business! Tan and I also met in my first job out of college, however, she was far more behaved than Katie and me. When I first met Tanya I actually felt super intimidated by her (we laugh over it now!) - she was (and is) the cool girl, respected for her work ethic, always caught in something trendy, and constantly in the know of some fun, hip, creative event or pop-up. I thank her but also curse her for making event planning seem like an appealing and trendy career - it's no walk in the park! (Thank god we've both moved past those days!) Once Tan and I no longer worked together I was permitted to be her friend IRL (in real life) lol - seriously. I finally landed on the elusive invite list for Friendsgivings, Mahty Gras (shout out to Marty and a Southie St. Pat's), annual summer cookouts, and a spot in the wedding party as she married her person (hey Richard) in 2018. I'm honored she's now repaying the favor for us! Fun fact: Tan's mom is designing and creating all of our wedding signage! The creative juices run deep in the fam genes.

Kevin is technically Smitty’s boss-turned friend. Kevin is the proud owner of Meat Again Butcher Shop & Deli in Billerica, MA (the town where Smitty grew up). You all know that being a part-time butcher is one of Smitty’s proudest accolades. Kevin’s late father Dan hired Smitty as the “cleaning kid” after Paul (Smitty Sr.), was shopping in Meat Again one afternoon and mentioned his eldest son was looking for a summer job. This was the summer of 2010, and since those early days of sweeping the floors, Smitty managed to work his way up to earn a coveted spot behind the meat case, and as you all know, a job he takes very seriously. So much so, I can probably count on two hands the Saturdays Smitty had to take off over the past decade+ (there were always complaints to follow about him having to miss the meat that weekend lol). Kevin can often be found behind the deli in his signature scaly cap, holding court with the customers and his team (who’ve become more like family over the years). Anytime Smitty gets mistaken by customers for Kevin – it’s the first thing he shares when he steps in the door, a true badge of honor for the cleaning kid turned butcher. Kevin is probably one of the funniest people we know (without trying), humbly, the most generous, and without a doubt the most spontaneous (his better half Marlena can attest to this!). We’re honored he’s giving up a weekend of the meat (as Smitty lovingly refers hah) to join us on our big day in the motherland!
