(She/Her) Megan and Taylor quickly became friends when they became co-managers at UWSP’s vivarium, bonding over their love of animals. Megan is goofy, lighthearted, and endlessly talented. Above all else, Megan always wants to experience what that life has to offer, and will never say no to an adventure.
Tim Bessette
Best Man
(He/Him) AKA the Second Husband. Tim has been Chris’ best friend since 8th grade. Always the joker, Tim would be the first to approach the barrier of “inappropriate” in casual conversation, as Chris would stand shaking his head. We’ve been through thick and thin, and through several different cliques of friends, but we’ve almost always stuck together. In all actuality, Tim knew Taylor before he knew Chris, and in a way, Tim introduced the two, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.
Vy Shavlik

(They/Them) Vy and Taylor have been friends their entire lives, growing up attending family parties together as they’re third-generation friends. Taylor and Vy’s friendship is very low-key, which is always refreshing amidst the chaos of the world. Vy is creative beyond measure and is often starting a new project which they often share with Taylor and Chris. The best part is, Taylor and Vy’s dogs (Thor and Bär) are also friends, so they get to play together whenever their humans visit!
Hunter Anderson

(He/Him) We met Hunter through Vivie in 2018. Although reserved at first, we all grew to be great friends. Hunter has a fantastic sense of humor, is super heartfelt, and will always lend you an ear if you’re feeling troubled. Hunter, Vivie, and Chris have spent many nights in company slaying bugs, beasts, and baddies; Taylor tries to keep up but thankfully they’re all good sports about her lack of ability when it comes to gaming. One could not ask for a better squad.
Amy Zipp

(She/Her) Taylor and Amy have been friends for many years, as her best friend/husband’s family grew up as a second family to both of them. Amy is outspoken and courageous; a walking definition of a badass, but she’s also got a heart of gold and is a true mama bear to those she cares about. Also - Amy blessed Taylor and Chris with the honor of being godparents to her new daughter, Gwen, who happened to be born on Taylor’s birthday.
Caelyn Dallman

(They/Them) Caelyn has the best sense of humor; if you’re ever having a bad day, Caelyn is sure to make it a little brighter. Caelyn volunteered under Taylor and Megan in the vivarium at UWSP, and the trio soon became close friends. Although they graduated during the height of the pandemic in December 2020, Caelyn and Taylor still celebrated their achievements together, with Megan there to commemorate the occasion.
Trevor Curran

(He/Him) Chris met Trevor through Tim while going to MSTC, and they quickly became friends. Trevor is one of the smartest entrepreneurs we’ve ever met and is an overall great person to spend a night out on the town with. He’s also a damn good conversationalist.

(She/Her) It was a strange set of circumstances that brought Jess into our lives, but her bubbly personality quickly charmed us and soon we all became close friends, as well as roommates. Jess is goofy and easy going, and is always willing to crack a smile or a joke to lighten the mood. She makes dark days brighter.

(He/Him) Like Jess, an almost cinematic set of circumstances brought Micheal into our lives, and we all became friends and roommates. Throughout our time together, we have had many late nights filled with deep conversations about anything and everything. We connect on our love of the outdoors and our love of reptile keeping, and occasionally we go to reptile expos together.
