Ceremony
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

There will be a half-hour break between the ceremony and when the Host Bar opens in the reception tent. During this time the wedding party will be taking photos, so guests are free to roam the fairegrounds as they see fit.
Reception
2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Renaissance or fantasy garb
The reception tent will open at 2pm along with the open bar, and food will be served buffet-style at 3pm. The remainder of the evening is meant for everyone to enjoy the faire at their leisure, but there will be a belly dancer performance in the reception tent at 4:45pm-5:15pm. The day will close with the festival’s end-of-the-day drum circle, where there is lots of dancing. The drum circle will go from 6pm-7pm, after which the guests are dismissed. In other words - “you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!”
