6/29/20 Hi everyone! Quick update, we contacted the venue to know what are options are, since our #1 goal is to keep everyone safe and have a great time together. We did ask about possible postponement and were told that postponement is NOT an option. We either cancel or go forward. So much has been invested in this wedding, so we are going forward with the wedding on 8/8/20. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. **IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP. We must know by JULY 15th at the absolute latest. Unfortunately, If you have not sent back an RSVP, you will not have a seat available. If you cannot make it and find out AFTER July 15th, please reach out, so we can try to fill your spot before the wedding.
6/27/20 Everything is going okay for us, thank goodness! We're closely monitoring the situation and working with the venue to follow regulations as they are ordered/changed. We REALLY wish we could celebrate during a better time, but unfortunately the situation has been so complicated and at this time we must keep our date. If you cannot make it due to concerns with COVID-19 we completely understand! Please let us know by changing your RSVP or contacting us before we submit our final headcount on July 15th. We ask that if you feel ill at or around the time of our wedding, that you please celebrate with us from home to get well and protect our loved ones. Thank you!
6/27/20 Face masks policies are currently mandated for Denton county, so please bring one to keep yourself and others safe. We love you all and want to keep everyone as safe as possible. I recommend a mini hand sanitizer for personal use as well. There should be hand sanitation stations at the venue and I will provide some on the guest tables. If you forget your mask, we will provide some at the venue, but quantity is limited.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate additional people due to venue policy.
We are registered at Target, Amazon.com, and Zola!
Yes! My bridesmaids surprised us with a Honeymoon Fund. https://paypal.me/pools/c/8qahCD5Sz3
We absolutely love your kiddos! However, this is an adult-only wedding event.
We have a large parking lot to ourselves at the venue! It's free parking for guests only. If you're staying in the Denton area, I recommend checking out Uber or Lyft if you need a ride. You can pick up your cars in the morning.
Unfortunately, our plan to go out on the Denton Square after the wedding is no longer possible due to COVID.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Keep in mind Texas will be hot in August; 93 to 100 degrees. Nice and toasty.
There will be a short 15 min cocktail hour, followed by the reception.
