7:00 pm
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
We'll be taking pictures around scenic downtown Mystic before departing on the Argia, so we all don't look like windswept messes in the pictures. More details to follow on exact timing once we confer with the photographer, etc
5:30 pm
We're getting married on a sailboat! The ceremony will be held on the Schooner Argia, and will be a small, intimate affair. The sail will last two hours, with the actual wedding ceremony taking up only a small portion of the time. Beverages will be served aboard the sailboat. Attire is Yacht Chic. Please bear in mind we will be on a sailboat, and as such would encourage rubber-soled shoes, flats, and to prepare for light consistent breezes. We would recommend avoiding high heels and slippery shoes.
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We will be dining outdoors at The Treehouse at The Oyster Club immediately following the Argia sunset cruise. Dinner will be four courses, with your personal selections to be chosen that evening, which means not having to pick chicken/beef/fish six months in advance (phew)
10:30 pm
After dinner at The Treehouse, the wedding formalities will officially be concluded and you'll be free to move about the town. We're planning on bar hopping around Mystic and causing general low-grade mayhem if you'd care to join us, but no pressure!

A seafaring tradition dating back centuries, sea shanties are call-and-response songs that are best sung either while hauling rope on a boat or tucked into a cozy pub with 50 of your closest friends while drinking cheap beer. The Griz is the oldest continually-running Inn in the United States, and hosts sea shanties every Monday night. We'll be there, and hope to see you too!
