Our preference is for everyone to be able to stay on-site. Our venue has four beautiful Pacific Northwest themed lodges, with 52 rooms total, in a variety of family-friendly configurations. Room charges include breakfast, lunch, and all-day non-alcoholic beverage service during your stay. Each lodge features a large common area for gathering and socializing with other guests, and each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom.

For guests who prefer to stay closer to the ferry terminal and the shopping and dining district in Winslow, we have reserved a block of rooms here.

Bainbridge Island is primarily accessible by ferry. To simplify transportation for our out-of-town guests, we have arranged for regular shuttle service from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal to the venue all weekend.

Ferry Information
Bainbridge Island is primarily accessible by ferry, although a longer, land-based driving route is available from the northwest. Ferries run regularly from downtown Seattle to Winslow, Bainbridge Island, which is approximately 15 minutes from IslandWood. Regular shuttle service will be available from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal to the venue all weekend. Alternatively for guests coming from Ballard, North Seattle, Lynnwood, or points north, you can take the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston and then drive approximately 35 minutes south to the venue.

There are plenty of Airbnb/VRBO rentals available within a 10 minute drive of IslandWood. These may be a good option for families looking to share accomodations.
