Summer Camp Activities

2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Friday afternoon will kick off with "Summer Camp" themed activities to break the ice! Details are TBD but we are imagining team games, egg-and-spoon races, water balloon tosses, trust falls, arts and crafts, and/or a scavenger hunt. Expect lots of fun for kids and adults alike!

Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Our first meal together! All are invited to this family-friendly, informal welcome feast! With dinner, we are planning to have wine and beer available for guests 21+ and non-alcoholic drinks available to all. We will incorporate bride and groom-themed trivia at the end of the meal, so choose your table-team wisely.

Firepit Circle and S'mores

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire

You've never seen a fire pit like this one. Covered outdoor amphitheater with built-in seating for up to 100 guests surrounding an epic bonfire, perfect for smores.

Islandwood Exploration and Lunch

9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Casual Attire

Saturday morning and afternoon will be the perfect time to mingle with other guests and explore the Islandwood campus. Islandwood education staff will be leading nature hikes and opening up the Canopy Tower and suspension bridge. A casual lunch will be served at noon in the dining hall.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, etc.

We adore your little ones, but the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be adults-only unless children are named on your invitation. We’ll have excellent on-site childcare available, so your kids can have fun while you relax and celebrate with us.
