Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really. Though we do suggest Garden Party/Smart Casual/Mountain Chic. But, we are mountain people, we are all about comfort. We want you to be comfortable and happy, so come dressed to have a good time, get down on the dance floor, and enjoy the crazy Colorado weather. Josh will be in suit and tie. Britt is in a long gown with cowboy boots, if that helps. Importantly, the ceremony is on grass outside. We highly suggest avoiding high heels, as we don't want you to sink into the grass. Also, Colorado weather is insane. It could be warm, it could be snowing, it could be both. We strongly suggest layers and shoes you are ok with getting wet if it does snow.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Of course! Kids are definitely invited. We will have a kids corner with games and activities to keep them entertained. But we also understand if you want to use our wedding as an excuse for a night off, too!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifies a plus one, we kindly ask that you come with just yourself.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have a welcome party at our house on Friday, May 21. After the wedding ends on Sunday, we will have an after party at a TBD location. Then on Monday, May 24, we will have a post wedding Brunch. Check out our Schedule of Events page for more details.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same location, Church Ranch Events Center (10200 Wadsworth Blvd, Westminster, CO, 80021). There is plenty of free parking available for you at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 3pm. If you would like time to sign the guest book, wander through the gardens, and find a seat, we suggest arriving before 2:45pm. There will be plenty of time to wander the grounds after the ceremony, so as long as you are seated by 2:55pm, we are stoked!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include your food allergies and restrictions with your RSVP.
