Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm. This will give you time to enjoy a welcome beverage and get seated for our unplugged ceremony. Which will begin shortly after.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are at capacity with our venue which means we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on our wedding invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear on the invitation as well as under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited. However we encourage everyone to use this evening as a “night out!” For invited children, please be sure to watch them closely. For those who are not bringing children, we are more then happy to provide recommendations and help connect you with local child care!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see all of our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, suits, button-ups and slacks, or fun jumpsuits. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. A jacket is recommended as our ceremony will be held outside. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you decide to drive our venue does have a free private parking lot! All cars must be parked in the rock lot and cannot park on the street. Cars are allowed to be left at the venue overnight but, need to be picked up by 9am the following morning. However, if you are planning to celebrate with us and alcohol, we highly encourage you to use a ride sharing service. Ubers and Lyfts are common in this area and will allow you to enjoy your night without having to limit the celebrations. Please see our “Transportation” page for more info!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please! When RSVPing online you will be able to choose your meal and add any special comments we need to know! If you are vegetarian or vegan, we ask that you please choose that option and specify any other special instructions when prompted. If your like Jord and are allergic to an random ingredient (ie tomatoes) choose which entree you prefer and add your allergy when prompted and our awesome catering team will ensure no allergens are present on your dish!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced or turned off. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our awesome photographer, Megan (peep all the photos on this site!), to be able to capture the best photos, which we promise to share with you. Once the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like. Look out for signs in the reception to upload your photos to a shared google drive so we can all see the night from multiple perspectives
