The Wedding Website of Jason Polen and Cooper Warner
We will be arranging accommodations for all guests at Quimby's from Friday (9/3) through Monday (9/6). What that means: we will be assigning you to cabins. Please plan to stay at least these 3 nights (Fri, Sat, and Sun nights). We encourage you to book more nights on either end at Quimby's and have negotiated a discounted rate for adjacent nights. Please contact us directly about this. In addition to your travel to Quimby's (flights and rental car), guests should plan to pay around $100-$150 per person, per night for their stay. This includes all food and drinks during the wedding weekend. We've put together a Google sheet to coordinate ride-sharing: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yttTFH1fBD0HyGRsBzcocWEmarfiiyFVu8wm2YSbZKE/edit?usp=sharing Edited: The following are flights we'd looked up and offered as suggestions for 2020. They may not be available, or the schedules tailored, due to COVID's impact on the airline industry.

Flight

PDX to Montreal, Canada

Along with Burlington, VT, this location has the shortest drive time to Quimby's--but a border crossing. Right now, we cannot get into Canada, so I would not book flights to fly into Montreal.

Flight

PDX to Burlington, VT

Along with Montreal, Canada (risky at this point since we can't cross the border), this location has the shortest drive time to Quimby's. A couple options to fly through Burlington, Vermont (2.5 hr. drive to Quimby's): (1) Delta redeye combination: 10:30pm departure, stop Detroit 1.5 hrs., land 9:00am (~7.5 hrs. travel); (2) Jetblue ~10:00pm departure, land JFK 1.5 hrs., land Burlington 9:00am.*

Flight

PDX to Boston, MA (on Alaska)

Alaska Airlines has nonstop PDX to Boston flights. Boston is ~4 hrs. driving to Quimby's. These options are ideal if you want a fast flight, don't mind a longer drive, and would like to combine your trip with a visit to Boston.

Flight

PDX to Boston, MA (on Jetblue)

JetBlue flies affordably to Boston, which is ~4 hrs. driving to Quimby's. While not as speedy as the Alaska non-stop flights, this flight may be more budget-friendly.

Flight

PDX to Manchester, NH (Southwest)

Southwest flies to Manchester, New Hampshire (~3 hrs. and 15 mins. driving to Quimby's). You will have to depart the day before (Thursday) since no flights appear to land in the afternoon, which would mean a stay in/near Manchester or driving right to Quimby's. Southwest only allows reservations 6 months in advance. More options may appear closer to the big day. Big Southwest plus: up to 2 checked bags for free.

Flight

PDX to Portland, Maine

~3 hrs., 15 mins. driving to Quimby's. We've not looked into this much (clearly), but in case any PDX'ers are interested in seeing the other Portland.

Flight

PDX to Augusta, Maine

3~ hrs. driving to Quimby's. We've not looked into this much (clearly), but in case any PDX'ers are interested in seeing Maine.

Flight

PDX to Hartford, CT

~4 hours driving to Quimby's. An unlikely option, but an option nonetheless.

For all the days along the way
