IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner are outside. Dancing is indoor/outdoor. Please plan accordingly as it can be cold in the evenings under the redwoods.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue. If you plan to drive, please let us know as soon as possible. As an alternative, we are also providing shuttles to and from Dream Inn in Santa Cruz. *PLEASE NOTE* that all shuttles will depart from the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz for the venue at 1:45 pm. This means all guests who plan to take the shuttle should plan to be at the hotel no later than 1:30 pm. If you are not a guest at the Dream Inn, you can still take the shuttle, but you cannot park at the hotel so will need to make arrangements for alternate transportation to/from the hotel from your lodging in the area.

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL?

Answer

The venue has dirt paths, short hills and some steps. If you have accessibility concerns or specific questions, please reach out to us so we can do our best to accommodate you. There is an option to get a ride to and from each site with advanced notice.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no" via the Paperless Post invite so we can plan accordingly.

ARE UBERS/LYFTS AVAILABLE/COMMON IN THE AREA?

Answer

Ride share companies do operate in the area but tend to be sparse and expensive. Additionally, note that there is limited to no phone service at/around the venue.
