Casual Attire
If you're up for it, come meet us for a drink the night before our nuptials. We'll be gathering in the hotel bar at the Dream Inn, the Jack O'Neill Lounge. For those folks who aren't staying at the Dream and aren't within walking distance, we recommend using a rideshare app or the paid public lots nearby.
2:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Cocktail attire. The ceremony and dinner will take place outside, and it may be cool out, so dress accordingly. The ceremony will be on a lawn, so spiky heels are probably not a great idea. There will be fire pits in the cocktail reception area and heat lamps in the dining area.
Schedule (subject to slight changes): *PLEASE NOTE* that all shuttles will depart from the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz for the venue at 1:45 pm. This means all guests who plan to take the shuttle should plan to be at the hotel no later than 1:30 pm. If you are not a guest at the Dream Inn, you can still take the shuttle, but you cannot park at the hotel so will need to make arrangements for alternate transportation to/from the hotel and your lodging in the area. 2:30 pm: Guest Arrival 3 pm: Ceremony (will start promptly at 3!) 3:30-5:00 pm: Cocktail party for guests / pictures for wedding party and family Dinner + Reception: 5:00 pm (ish) - 9-ish pm If you plan on driving to the venue and have not told us yet, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure there is space in the parking area for you. Note that there are quite a few steps on the property; if you anticipate needing a ride up the hill to the reception area, please let us know!
