Shuttle

The shuttle will be departing The Westin at 4:30pm on Friday. The shuttle will then stop at The Depot and depart to the The Van Dusen Mansion at 4:45pm. Please note there will NOT be shuttle pick up from Embassy Suites; however, the shuttle will drop off here. If you are staying at Embassy Suites and are wanting to take the shuttle to the venue, please meet at The Westin for pick up (5 minute walk). Pick up at The Depot will be in the back parking area "Winter Garden." The shuttle will take guests back to all three hotels departing The Van Dusen Mansion at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm and 12:15am. If you happen to miss the shuttle please utilize ride sharing apps like Lyft and Uber as they are plentiful in the city. If you choose to drive to the venue and park in the lot provided (110 parking spaces) please be sure you celebrate responsibility as there is no overnight parking permitted in the venue lot.
