Of course we want everyone we love to be there on our big day but we understand that some people may not be able to attend. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend even if you already RSVP’d “yes.” You can reach out to Hannah (715-410-8034) or Jake (715-781-9449) directly.
Please plan to arrive at the venue between 5:00-5:15pm. This will allow you some time to find your seat before the ceremony starts. Late parties will not be permitted entrance to the ceremony and will join us during cocktail hour. Please plan accordingly with potential traffic delays.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children during our special day due to capacity restrictions. Any children who are invited will be included on your invitation when you RSVP through our website. We love your kids dearly but we hope you can treat this day as a parents night out!
Due to capacity restrictions we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation when you RSVP through our website. If your invitation includes a guest, we would love for you to bring someone with you! If your invitation does not include a guest, we are unable to accommodate for an additional person to come along.
The dress code for the day is Formal Attire. We welcome tux and gowns as well as suits and cocktail dresses. We encourage women to wear a floor length or midi length dress. We want you looking and feeling your best!
There is a parking lot for The Van Dusen Mansion that will open at 5:00pm on Friday that allows for 110 cars. There is no overnight parking authorized in that parking lot. Be sure to celebrate responsibly if you are planning on driving yourself and parking at the venue.
