Alicia’s friendship with Alyssa started at Richmond Raceway. It was her first day living in RVA. They have gone on many trips together and are always up for a good time! Alicia feels like Alyssa is like a sister to her. Alyssa even introduced Alicia to John! During the 9 years of friendship, they have been by each other’s side through not only the ups, but for the downs. That is why Alicia is so excited to have Alyssa next to her side during her big day!
Tommy Moore
Best Man
Spawned in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, Marvin Thomas Moore [hereinafter referred to as Tommy] became interested in computers at an very early age. After attending VCU, Tommy got his computer programming career started at the insurance company World Access where he would go on to meet many new people, including one John Stobbart. Through working together, partying together, traveling together, and going through several company name changes (eventually to Allianz Technology) they became best of friends. Tommy has even been John's boss for a number of years.
Sam Rice

Sam is Alicia’s sister-in-law. She is the reason to blame for Alicia’s love of putting on Widespread Panic at every party. They share a love for good music. They also can both be found wearing turquoise. Alicia has loved Sam since her first night meeting her at Shogun Steakhouse in Montgomery, AL. They have taken many family trips together. Alicia couldn’t picture her brother with a better soulmate. Sam has made their family whole, minus John of course.

A salesman by day and a bounty hunter by night, Michael Xavier Rice, Alicia's older brother, has traveled throughout the world seeing many great musical acts. This passion for music as well as for movies and sports has helped bond him and John. His boisterous personality is sure to make anyone around him laugh.
Chelsea Cox

Chelsea is John’s sister. Alicia has enjoyed traveling to Charlottesville visiting Chelsea. They first got to know each other at Lockin’ music festival. They also have a love for music and good wine. Alicia is looking forward to having Chelsea be her sister-in-law. Chelsea is one of the sweetest souls Alicia has ever met.
Cabell Cox
Groomsman
Another music lover, Cabell Gustav Cox and John have frequented the Festy and Lockn' music festivals from their very inceptions. He is also an entrepreneur, being the founder and owner of Grow Co. out of Charlottesville. A fellow bourbon drinker, both he and John enjoy a three-finger pour and a good movie. Cabell is a bit of a trickster, so beware of his hijinks.
Kim Bergner

Kim is also John’s sister. Reminder- Alicia went from no sisters, to now three amazing sisters in laws. Alicia doesn’t always get to see Kim as much due to long distance. Every time Alicia is with Kim they are always having fun at family reunions or holidays. They have a love for playing a good board game together. Especially with her future nephew Connor.

A fellow Hokie, Christopher Cruise Bergner has really helped even out the Virginia Tech vs. UVA family rivalry (especially during Thanksgiving time). A big water sport aficionado, he often captains his boat during family outings and impresses everyone with his water skiing talent.
Dr. Kirsten Bickhart

25 years ago, Alicia and Kirsten (Kirty Kirt) hit it off their first day of first grade. Alicia has no idea what she would do without her Kirty Kirt. Kirt has held her hand through the worst of times and has been her biggest cheerleader for anything amazing life has to offer. Even when Alicia moved from PA to AL they always had a summer vacation planned to visit one another. Alicia has had the honor of standing next to Kirt for her wedding. Even though Kirt cannot make it to Portugal, Alicia looks forward celebrating with her in the US!
