We have an amazing photographer and videographer that will capture this special moment. We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all your electronic devices.
We are working hard to accommodate a way for all our family and friends to be apart of our special day. We will be in contact with a way to watch our wedding from a far. The ceremony will start 12:00 PM noon EST.
After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be holding a cocktail hour.

Yes! John’s father Bill will be hosting a happy hour to start the celebration! This will be held at Reverse Pool & Beach Lounge at 8:45PM-11:00 PM. We will be sending out a separate RSVP.
Uber, Taxi, or Train (6 min walk to venue from station) are available options in Portugal. There will be no transportation provided.
We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony (4:40 PM), to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We will not be doing hotel blocks, since as a destination wedding there will be no consistency on how long people will stay and who will want hotels vs Airbnbs. Alicia and John will be staying at the Hotel Palácio near the venue.
We will be sending out a formal invitation. You will then have the option to RSVP online.

During the cocktail hour we will provide finger foods. This will then be followed by a full sit-down meal.
On our formal invitation there will be an option to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Flowers are hard to travel with. Everything must stay at the venue.
