A great place to walk or run, snap your Golden Gate bridge pics, and people watch. Park at Sports Basement (if you have a car) and walk out to Fort Pointe, with a stop at the Warming Hut for a refreshment and souvenirs.
A great place to start a short (or long) hike along Land's End. Beautiful ocean views and walk through redwoods. If you take the scenic route from the church to the reception you will go right by it.
Golden Gate Park is a 6-mile long city park that includes trails and gardens,Japanese gardens, the De Young Museum, and the California Academy of Sciences (which has a great aquarium!) and even buffalo! Sunday brunch will be located in a lovely picnic area within the park.
