Is there an RSVP deadline?

Yes! Please RSVP by July 1st, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal attire (i.e., suits, tea-length and floor-length dresses) is preferred. It is an outdoor venue, so dress for the weather and be prepared to dance all night long. If you need inspo, Jet is an obsessive personality and has made a Pinterest board here.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue hosts multiple ceremonies at once, so in order to be allowed to view the ceremony, plan to arrive at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you've been given a plus-one, your invitation indicates such. Otherwise, we ask to meet your special person on another occasion!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for our special day, we ask that all our guests be 21+. Spend the night dancing your heart out!

What if I have food allergies/sensitivities?

We're hosting a buffet-style reception with vegetarian and gluten-free options! If you require a vegan meal, please indicate so on your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've arranged a discount rate with The Quirk Hotel. More details are provided on the Travel page. If you'd prefer to book other accommodation, Richmond has many hotel and airbnb options!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome to drive to the venue. However, all vehicles must be removed from the parking lot at the end of the event, or they will be locked in the parking lot overnight. If a vehicle is left overnight, it must be removed between 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. the following day, or it will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is a 1/4 mile from the parking lot, so upon your arrival, if you need assistance, please let us know, and you can be dropped off closer to the venue via an auxiliary road.
