Multnomah Falls
A must-see natural wonder, Multnomah Falls is one of Oregon’s most iconic landmarks, featuring a stunning 620-foot waterfall surrounded by lush forest. Just a short drive from Hood River, it’s the perfect spot for a scenic stop, short hike, or memorable photo. Getting There from Hood River: Drive west on I-84 for about 30 minutes and take Exit 31 for the Multnomah Falls parking lot. The falls are a short walk from the parking area, with easy access to the viewing platform and trails. Parking can fill up quickly, so visiting early in the day is recommended!
Bridal Veil Falls
Bridal Veil Falls is a picturesque 120-foot, two-tiered waterfall located within the Bridal Veil Falls State Scenic Viewpoint in the Columbia River Gorge. Visitors can access the falls via a steep, 0.3-mile trail leading to the base, offering close-up views of the cascading water. The park also features a 0.4-mile paved loop trail atop the cliffs, providing panoramic vistas of the Columbia River.
