Shuttles from camp to all hotels Friday night

June 5, 2026 9:00 pm - 12:00 am

A 36 person shuttle will be available to take guests back from the camp to the hotels (including the Graduate). The first shuttle will leave around 9pm and will run roughly hourly, stopping first at the 3 Jackson Avenue hotels (Weber's, Hampton Inn, Wyndham), then the Graduate, then returning to camp.

One shuttle from Jackson Ave hotels to camp Saturday

We will have one 56-person shuttle leaving from the Jackson Avenue hotels only (not the Graduate) at 3:30pm. This should be enough for nearly all of the guests staying at the Jackson Avenue hotels to take the shuttle to the camp. Please take the shuttle if you can!

A 56-person shuttle will be running approximately every hour from the camp to the Jackson Avenue hotels (not the Graduate) starting around 9pm through midnight.

Hampton Inn & Suites Ann Arbor West

We have a room block reserved at Hampton Inn & Suites Ann Arbor West for June 4, 2026 through June 8, 2026. Select "Book a Room" at the link to receive the preferred rate. The block will default to Thursday through Monday - you can change the date to see what is available for the time you are actually reserving. Please try to reserve by May 5, 2026.

Book a reservation via the link below to access the block rates. You can also call the hotel and let the front desk know that you are booking a reservation in the "Nevin Weissberger Wedding" block. Reservations made over the phone must be made with the hotel directly, their central reservation service/third party reservations sites will not have access to the block. The online block is for Friday night -Sunday morning. To book other dates (e.g., Thursday and Sunday night), you need to call the hotel directly. If booking online, you will have to book separate reservations for dates outside of the block dates.

Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor

You can make reservations for our block for Jun 3-Jun 6. Note: we have a limited number of rooms blocked at The Graduate so if you want to use this hotel, we recommend booking early. This hotel is also in the heart of Ann Arbor and slightly further from the venue than the other hotels. We are still figuring out if we will be providing transportation to and from hotels to the venue, but if we do, it will be leaving from/returning to the site of the other hotels, which are all right next to each other.
