4:30 pm
Guests may begin arriving at our venue as early as 4:30pm. Any guests that arrive at or after 4:50pm will be asked to wait in the lobby until after the bride has walked down the aisle so as not to interrupt the ceremony. After that time, any late arrivals will be asked to quickly have a seat in an empty seat in one of the back rows.
5:00 pm
We want you to be comfortable, so we suggest wearing something dressy casual/semi-formal. Please try to avoid wearing white, burgundy, and navy as these are colors being worn by the bride, bridesmaids, and groomsmen.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
After the ceremony, guests will head inside to begin cocktail hour while the bride and groom take pictures with their families. During cocktail hour, there will be an open bar and a variety of hors d'oeuvres will be available. We will be having bruschetta, BBQ meatballs, brie and apricot tartlets, and coconut shrimp, but don't fill up too much because there is more food to come!
6:45 pm - 11:30 pm
Transition from cocktail hour to dinner will begin at 6:35pm, with first course starting after wedding party introductions and our champagne toast at 7:05. We will be serving loaded baked potato chowder, classic Caesar salad, your choice of stuffed chicken, filet mignon, or Tuscany pasta. We will also be hosting wine service during dinner. After dinner and speeches, our dessert will be available buffet style, and the bar will reopen at 8:30pm. Our first dance will begin at 8:35, and we ask that everyone wait to join us on the dance floor until after our first dance has concluded. We will be having a potato bar open up at 10pm, and last call for the bar will be at 11:15.
