Amanda and Jeannie met when they were only babies! They grew up in the same church in the Bay Area, getting into trouble together, and have been like sisters ever since. Despite having a long distance friendship with Amanda living in Northern California, they make sure to visit often and to send plenty of funny videos to each other.
Tim
Best Man
Calvin first met Tim in middle school where he first introduced him to the world of Marvel and Star Wars. They had many sleepovers as kids where they played a lot of Gran Turismo 5, Halo 2 and StarCraft. Both of them shared study abroad experiences in Beijing and also went on missionary trips together in Montana. Calvin also had the opportunity to be Tim's groomsman for his wedding a few years ago. Tim still lives in the Greater Boston area, is married and has a baby boy.
Ingrid
Bridesmaid
Ingrid and Jeannie met during their time at UC Irvine. Ingrid plays a special part in that she is connected to both Jeannie AND Calvin, and introduced them to each other. She is Jeannie's college roommate and friend, and Calvin's cousin. Without her, there would be no wedding today - thanks Ingrid ;)
Andrew
Groomsman
Calvin and Andrew met in high school where they bonded over a love for kpop (BIG BANG & 2NE1) and Hong Kong cinema. They used to record song covers together and film music videos for fun. Andrew recently moved to LA a few years ago from Boston and gets to enjoy the convertible life in sunny California.
Claire
Bridesmaid
Claire and Jeannie met during their time at UC Irvine, first meeting in the freshman dorms. Claire and Jeannie also share a love and bond over art, in addition to being her college roommate! Claire has always been there for Jeannie to listen, offer up loving honesty, and to even complete a grueling 30-day 100 abs exercise challenge together!
Edwin
Groomsman
Calvin and Edwin first met in Kindergarten and have been friends ever since. They share a love of cars and some fond memories were playing a Need for Speed Underground demo disc for hours that came free in a Playstation magazine. They also once went to a junk yard in freezing temperatures to remove a full door panel to replace in one of Calvin's old cars.
