One of our favorite bubble tea spots in OC. Try the Rising Phoenix Milk Tea! Don't be surprised by a 30 min wait in line depending what time of day you go.

Our go-to ice cream spot in SoCal. Our favorite flavors are cookie butter, cookie monster, and milk n cereal!
