Shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony

April 4, 2026 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

A shuttle will be running from the Hilton to Brookside Gardens every hour, following the below schedule. As the bus will be subject to weekend traffic, we recommend that you gather in the hotel lobby about 5-10 minutes prior to the shuttle leave time. 1st Trip: Leaves the hotel at 12:30pm This is recommended for those who wish to wander the gardens leisurely before the ceremony and take pictures among the cherry blossoms and other beautiful flowers in bloom. 2nd Trip: Leaves the hotel at 1:25pm This is recommended for those who want to get to the gardens early, but not too early. There should be enough time to see most of the gardens before the ceremony with this trip. 3rd Trip: Leaves the hotel at 2:20pm This will be the final trip to get to the ceremony. This is recommended for those who do not wish to explore the gardens before the ceremony.

Shuttle from the ceremony to the hotel

April 4, 2026 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm

This shuttle will be making the return trip to the Hilton from Brookside Gardens. Seats will be limited on the return trips as there will only be two trips from Brookside to the Hilton. 1st Trip: Leaves the gardens at 3:55pm We encourage as many people as possible to take this trip as seats are limited for the return trip. Cocktail hour at the Hilton begins at 4:30pm. 2nd Trip: Leaves the gardens at 5:00 pm This is recommended for those who wish to continue exploring the gardens after the ceremony or those involved with the bride and groom's photos.
