Adventurers formalwear; civilians and non-costumed guests please wear formal attire. Footwear: While the gardens have paved pathways, the ceremony seats will be on grass, so please consider this when choosing footwear.
Please note: Parking at Brookside Gardens will be very limited as the rest of the gardens will still be open for the public during peak cherry blossom season. We strongly encourage people to park at the Hilton and either take the shuttle bus that we have contracted, or arrange travel assistance (Uber, etc.) to and from the gardens so that attendees with mobility issues can park at the gardens. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
There will be an hour and a half long cocktail hour where drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served. There will also be a dressing room for people to change or touch up their outfits, if needed.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Costumes are encouraged but not required; if not in costume, please wear formal attire
