Julia and Nicole first met during freshman year at Miami University, where they rushed the same sorority, but their friendship really took off their sophomore year at Hammy Hall, where their dorm rooms were across the hall from each other! They lived together in college for two years and then took their talents to Cleveland post-grad, where they lived together for another three years. Nicole is a die-hard Browns supporter and is the most "Cleveland" person you will ever meet. She is Julia's most talented friend--she can juggle, rollerblade, and is sneaky good at cornhole. Nicole also helped Julia raise Bowie, her Golden Retriever, and she's definitely one of Bowie's favorite aunts! Most importantly, Nicole is Julia's best friend and Maid of Honor. If she's not helping out Julia on the wedding day, you'll likely find her tearing it up on the dance floor!
Adam Lutz
Best Man
Adam is Jared’s brother. Jared always knew Adam was going to be his Best Man one day and there is no man better for the job, as Adam has always been an advocate for Jared and Julia’s relationship. Jared has always admired Adam’s intellect and nuance. Adam currently lives in New York City after graduating from his Masters Program at NYU and Adam and Jared often exchange books for holidays and birthdays, some of which Jared can barely comprehend. Jared loves catching up with Adam over coffee or cocktails in the City, and spending time together on family vacations.
Anna Redington
Bridesmaid
Julia and Anna originally met at Miami University through their sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, but their friendship bloomed when Anna convinced Julia to spend a summer with her in Maine, where they worked as camp counselors and got to travel all over the east coast for an entire summer! Later on, the two not only lived together with five other girls in their senior year college house, SOGO, but also were roommates and shared a bedroom together. Anna has the best taste in music of their friend group, and even Julia can begrudgingly admit she makes the best playlists. She shares many of the same passions as Julia including hiking, skiing, and Skyline Chili. At the wedding, you'll probably find Anna making song requests to the band or ordering a martini!
Jed Forester
Groomsman
Jed has been one of Jared’s closest friends since attending West Middle School together, but they really became close during High School. Most summer nights during high school and college after work were spent together, normally making milkshakes after a few aggressive laps tubing on the lake. But, some of Jared’s favorite memories with Jed are when he would make his way down to Miami University once a year to enjoy “Beat the Clock” at the local bar.
Felicia Bisconti
Bridesmaid
Felicia and Julia have definitely known each other the longest. Although we don't remember it, the two met when they were just three years old when Julia's family moved to the same neighborhood. Destined to be best friends throughout their childhood, they spent their years together tubing at Julia's lakehouse, going on vacations with their families on houseboats, going to school together all the way through high school at Hoban, and did the Charity Ball as debutantes in college. Felicia is guaranteed to be the one hyping up the wedding party throughout the day. As one of Julia's longtime friends, Felicia will be there making sure Julia is stress-free on the big day and likely will be requesting the duo's favorite song to sing to, "Reminiscing" by Little River Band.
Ian Epkey
Groomsman
Ian and Jared also became great friends in High School, and Ian was often the winner of tubing on the water with Jed in the summer. Ian and Jared briefly lived together before Julia moved to Portage, when Jared taught Ian how to drive and park the MasterCraft. Ian is the only one of Jared’s groomsmen that lives in the same town, so many nights are spent playing board games while Ian and his fiancé, Anna, have their dogs run laps outside with Bowie.
Kendall Packo

Kendall is another one of Julia's childhood friends. While they went to elementary school together, their friendship truly began in junior high once Kendall moved to Julia's neighborhood. Although they didn't go to the same high school, they still remained close throughout the years and spent plenty of time at Sakura getting sushi, going on vacation together in Miami, and going skiing at BMBW. Kendall is most likely to help make sure Julia stays on schedule the morning of the wedding since she's definitely one of the most organized friends Julia has. She also has stellar taste in music, so she'll definitely be helping DJ throughout the day to keep the vibes going for the wedding party!
Alex Clark

Alex Clark, following an encounter at the Midwest Winter Conference during Jared’s freshman year, quickly became Jared’s closest ski partner. Alex was attending Michigan State University while Jared was at Miami, so they spent most tournament weekends together in the fall during collegiate ski season, including a few trips down South together for Nationals, and summer AWSA tournaments together. Alex taught Jared almost all of the very few tricks that Jared knows, and has always known how to get Jared out of his own head to be a better slalom skier - especially after a PB trip down to Kentucky last year.
Catherine May

Catherine, who goes by CMay, is one of Julia's cousins (who collectively call themselves the "Maygrlz"). The two grew up just five minutes apart from each other, so they spent their childhood together on family vacations, boating and tubing, making up dances with their other cousins, and being obsessed with the Jonas Brothers. Catherine even came to visit Julia in college for the infamous Green Beer Day one year! Without question, Catherine has the best dance moves so you'll probably find her on the dance floor at the wedding. But if she's not busting a move, she'll probably be making Julia laugh because she's got the "May" sense of humor! Although Julia technically is not going to be a Maygrl much longer on paper, she'll always be one deep down.
Nicholas May

Nick, Julia’s brother, and Jared met after Julia and Jared started dating. Julia and Nick were very close growing up and Julia thinks very highly of Nick’s opinions, so the pressure was on from the start. Luckily, Nick is very easy to get along with, so Jared and Nick quickly bonded over pop culture references and countless attempts at beating their dad, Rick, in card games. Jared is thrilled to have another brother as a part of the family.
Rachel Lutz

Rachel is Jared's sister, however, Julia couldn't be more thrilled to officially have a sister after all this time! The two have been friends since Julia and Jared started dating in college, and they've had so many fun memories together during those years including hanging out at waterski tournaments, going to the Honi Honi Bar with the Lutz family at Deepcreek every summer and doing sunset laps on the pontoon boat enjoying a cocktail! Rachel and Julia both love dancing at weddings, and the song that'll get them both on the dance floor is definitely anything by ABBA (Dancing Queen is our favorite, though). They're also both big fans of lemon drop martinis, so you'll probably find them sipping on one of those if they're not dancing the night away!
Jacob Fox

Jake, Rachel Lutz’s fiancé, and Jared met after Rachel and Jake started dating. Jake is one of the most easy-going people Jared knows, so Jake quickly integrated well into the family as a new brother for Jared and Adam. Whether it was golfing in Deep Creek, Maryland, cold-plunging in Yellowstone lake, or having a cocktail in New York City, Jared and Jake have always had a great time in each other’s company.
