I can't see your registry - where is it?

Answer

We don't have one - your presence is gift enough, but if you would like to contribute something we would love if you could donate to one of the following charities: - Alzheimer's Society - Devon Air Ambulance If you really would like to give us something directly, then a small envelope gift towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, of course! We love your kids and they are welcome to come along. There will be lots of farm animals to see which should excite them! Mooooooo! Equally, we understand if you want to have a kid-free weekend, so you can let your hair down ;)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Should I drive or take the train to Devon?

Answer

We suggest driving, or if you can't, carpooling with others. The closest train station is Barnstaple, which is still a forty minute drive to Hartland, or you can go to Tiverton Parkway, which is an hour and half drive from Hartland. Either way we suggest hiring a car as taxis are expensive. If you are having trouble on the transportation side, let us know and we'll figure something out.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Drinks it's casual. For the Church Ceremony and Reception, it's formal, but country-style! We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose!

I have some special dietary needs - where do I share them?

Answer

When you submit your RSVP, we ask for any dietary restrictions - please give us as much detail as possible so that we can make sure you have the food you need :)

Question

I'm planning on having a few drinks at the reception, what's the best way of getting back to my accommodation?

Answer

We are going to have a taxi company on retainer who will be ready and waiting to take fares after you're done with all the partying and are craving some sleep!
