The Wedding Website of Jane Clark and Ian Poper
Oberlin is a small college town that is used to housing a lot of visiting parents and professors. There are many lovely B&Bs in beautiful neighborhoods. See the links below for lodging suggestions, in Oberlin and neighboring towns. We will also be reserving a block of guest rooms at the Hotel at Oberlin. SEE BELOW FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS.

Lodging Outside Oberlin

Aside from Cleveland, which is a 45 minute drive from Oberlin, there are a number of options 20 minutes away in North Olmsted, OH and Elyria, OH. If you plan to have access to a car and the local B&Bs are unavailable, you should look around there.

Something worth considering for larger groups embracing the "family reunion" idea. They have a few lovely cottages that are decently priced for groups who want to stay together, someplace quiet and scenic.

Getting Around

If you stay in Oberlin, the best part of throwing our shindig in a small town is that you can comfortably walk anywhere you want to go! To get around nearby areas or Cleveland, however, it is highly recommended that anyone flying-in car pool with someone who did bring their car or otherwise use a rental car service. There are no regular buses or shuttles between Oberlin and Cleveland Hopkins Airport during the summer.
