Bethany met Leah when they started graduate school together at Colorado State University. They've been best friends ever since they were assigned an office together. In the past few years, she has discovered a love for gravel racing in addition to all the other things she loves to do outdoors. She and her husband Conor also love rock climbing, board games, and bird watching.
Maggie Gallant
Best Woman
Maggie has known Jacob since freshman year at ERAU in 2012. They bonded over Outback bloomin' onions and Astronomy Club camping trips, and even conspired to build an authentic Mongolian yurt in the middle of campus. They relied on each other's advice over lunch in the cafeteria, and spent many weekend afternoons cooking up fun recipes or watching "good" movies or trying a new restaurant in town. When they went separate ways for internships or jobs, they continued to stay in touch, keeping each other updated over the phone and planning trips together. Maggie, together with her husband Donald, wish Jacob and Leah congratulations and a happily forever after!

Danielle met Leah in the Fall of 2021, and her life has been extra bright since. With a shared love of coffee, young adult literature, and teaching, they quickly became friends. Danielle couldn't be more happy to stand next to Leah on her big day, and she's particularly excited to triple the redhead power at the altar, alongside Leah's maid of honor, Bethany.
Devin Platte

Devin Platte was born 28 equinoctial years ago in Lansing, Michigan. He is married to his High School sweetheart, Hannah Platte, and father to two dogs, Nugget and Minako. While attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to earn his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, he lost many games of Civilization V to his roomate Jacob. After realizing that world domination was a bit out of his reach, Devin became a Software Engineer at SpaceX in Florida. Devin's hobbies include tinkering with electronics, completing the Pokédex, and playing guitar.
Kelly Konrad

Kelly and Leah met in the Fall of 2021 as they both started at CSU and have since been galivanting around Colorado and Utah on miles and miles of hiking trails. Their shared love of outdoor adventure has led to a wonderful friendship with enough coffee and tacos to last a lifetime. She is beyond excited to stand next to Leah as she takes the step to start this next adventure with Jacob!
Daniel Cook

Daniel and Jacob met in high school, where they enhanced the chess club via their tandem chancellorship (Jacob) and vice chancellorship (Daniel) and conquered local restaurant trivia on many Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Daniel also accompanied Jacob on a few leisurely road trips to/from the west coast for Jacob’s job placements. Daniel and his wife, Brooke, are avid travelers who recently lived in a self-made converted school bus on a quest to experience all US national parks. Daniel works remotely in IT and enjoys board games, powerlifting, and numismatics. Daniel now lives in a log cabin in Alaska, where he can focus on traipsing through the glacial mountains and wildlife wonderland.

Molly and Leah met on a women's climbing retreat in Moab, UT in April 2021. They were excited to learn they would soon be living just a few minutes away from each other in Northern Colorado. Since then, Molly and Leah have enjoyed many outdoor adventures together! Molly and her husband, Taylor, live in Fort Collins, CO with their "circus of sensitive souls" AKA their many pets. As fellow connoisseurs of board games and lovers of nature, they share lots in common with Jacob and Leah and are so excited to celebrate their wedding.

Matt Shipe was born on the east coast, raised in Oklahoma, and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA. Matt enjoys video games, music, the outdoors, and sports. He was the originator for Jacob's tennis fandom. Matt went to school at the University of Oklahoma and is a proud Sooner. He currently works as a Systems Engineer in the Aerospace Industry. In line with the engineering background, Matt enjoys conversations about science, technology, and most other nerdy topics.
