Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Jaclyn L. Di Yeso and Paul M. Wasel
We are so excited to welcome our loved ones to our home. There is so much to do both in D.C. proper and the surrounding areas (including Alexandria, Virginia where our wedding will take place).
Union Market

Union Market

1309 5th Street Northeast, Washington, DC 20002

Good news! Union Market is walking distance from our hotel block and it is a must visit. It houses many delicious food options that are quick, easy, and do not compromise on taste.

Old Town Alexandria

Old Town Alexandria

Alexandria, VA

Our church is located within the historic streets of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. If you're looking for a little thing to do before the cocktail hour begins, roaming the streets of Old Town is a good choice. It won't be long before you hit a cool bar, ice cream shop, or the Alexandria waterfront.

National Mall

National Mall

Washington, DC

There's nothing like strolling down the National Mall and seeing the Capitol's greatest monuments, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress. And like many things in D.C. this can all be done for free.

Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History

Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History

10th St. & Constitution Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20560

Who can choose one museum? D.C. is full of them, and most are free to enter. The Natural History Museum is one of our favorites and can easily be accessed if you decide to stroll down the National Mall. A quick Google search will populate all the other museums.
