When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 11, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to St. Francis for the ceremony. Please note that the church is about a 45-minute drive from Black Butte Ranch.

Due to limited space, we can't offer additional plus ones beyond those invited. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity constraints, we will not be able to have children at the wedding. We adore your kids, and we look forward to seeing them soon! Please reach out if you need help finding a babysitter!

Will there be dining options for people with dietary restrictions?

Yes! We'll have a number of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at both the welcome dinner and the reception. If you have specific questions regarding dietary restrictions, please reach out to us!
