Traditional Croatian Dance and Walk in the Old Town

It is tradition in Croatian culture for the bride and groom, the bridal party, family and friends to join in on dancing and singing with a Croatian band (flags and all in the air), starting from Rectors Palace and leading into the main square of the old town. The bride and groom will then lead to the Fortress to get them married! Please note that approximate arrival time to the Fortress will be 5:00 pm so please make sure to be seated for the ceremony by 5:25 pm as the ceremony will commence exactly at 5:30p.m. and no one will be allowed up to the ceremony once it begins. Please join us in this fun tradition!
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

This event is black-tie. Please note there are about 150 small steps up to the Fortress. They are very easy to walk, however, flip flops or flats will be provided at the bottom of the steps by a hostess for any of the ladies that would prefer to not walk up in their heels.
Please note that you should arrive around 5-5:15 p.m. as the ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30 p.m. and no guests will be allowed onto the sea level terrace once the ceremony begins.
Cocktail Hour
6:15 pm - 7:30 pm

After the ceremony, cocktail hour will follow from 6-7 p.m. on the sea view terrace of the fortress and will consist of Hors d'oeuvre, champagne, crafted cocktails, and an open bar.
Reception
8:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Dubrovnik, Croatia
Reception dinner and speeches will follow at 7 p.m. on the upper terrace of the fortress, overlooking the Adriatic sea. Dinner will consist of three courses in the form of white-glove service. You may select your preferred third course when filling out your RSVP on the RSVP tab.
