The Wedding Website of Isaac Blundell and Julia Mace
**IMPORTANT** While our wedding venue is addressed in Mackay, ID it is actually much closer to Ketchum, ID (where we live) than to Mackay. We suggest planning on staying in Ketchum! GETTING HERE Flying: The two airports to look at are Hailey, ID (closest, more expensive) and Boise, ID (farther away, cheaper). Driving: We are a roughly 12 hour drive from most places in the PNW (including SF, Crescent City, and Vancouver BC). Driving will save you from renting a car and you can bring along camping and outdoor gear! WHERE TO STAY Camping: There is loads of free camping both near town and near the venue. Our suggestion would be to try to camp close to the Ranch the night of the wedding, and find a place in town for the remainder of your stay. Staying in town: There are plenty of lodging options in town, and we are working on a shuttle from the venue. More to follow!

Travel Note

Flight Information - General

If you're going to fly, your best bet is going to be flying into either Sun Valley (SUN) or Boise (BOI). Sun Valley is the closest, and pretty much puts you directly "in town", however flights are typically more expensive and with fewer connecting options. Boise is farther (roughly a 2.5 hour drive), however flights are cheaper and you can connect there pretty easily. Regardless of where you fly in to, we HIGHLY recommend renting a car! Ubers/Lyfts aren't really a thing here, and while there is a local bus service, your best bet for getting around the valley is going to be driving yourself, if possible!

Travel Note

Driving Here

From the Bay Area: It's pretty simple, and takes about 12 hours. Take the I-80 Eastbound from the bay (or connect in via the I-5 or 101 if you're in central/southern CA), then take the US-93 Northbound once you reach Wells, NV. This will turn into Highway 75 North once you reach Shoshone, Idaho and that will take you the rest of the way into town! From Crescent City: This one's a little tricker! Use Google Maps, but ultimately the best route is to pass through Grants Pass, head towards Bend via Crater Lake, and then take the US-20/26 Eastbound just north of Bend. This will take you all the way to Ontario, Oregon where you will tie in with the I-84 Eastbound. Take that to Mountain Home, where you will head east on Highway 20, and then north on Highway 75 until you reach town. From the Northwest (Portland, Seattle, Vancouver): Ultimately you want to the in the with I-84 Eastbound to get you here. This will take you Mountain Home, where you will take Highway 20 and then 75 to here.
